Disability: Stills Disease (a very rare severe arthritic condition which is an
autoimmune disease, I have never grown out of) and indeed not grown very
much since I developed the disease when I was 3 and a half years old.
I live with the ongoing illness, and each day is different. I am the second worse case known.
the disease when I was 3 and a half years old.
All of my joints are deformed and fused (locked, they do not move).
I cannot move my head, it is fused. My fingers do not move much either. I have very limited movement, which is why people that have seen me, and then see my artwork are amazed I can draw anything at all.
This is why I think product tests for ease of use for people with disabilities is important and why i think my tests are unique and helpful to others (I hope) :-)
During my young life, I was constantly in and out of hospital, and was in (Great
Ormond Street Childrens Hospital for 5 solid months when I was 5 years old, to have a spinal fusion, Great Ormond Street Childrens Hospital were the only hospital willing to touch me, and to perform the operation because I was so ill, no one else was willing to take the risk.
Now that I am not in so much pain, I am able to do something that I want to do, and that I am in control of. - CREATE !!! :-D
I started painting/illustrating everyday, all day, about 10 years ago.
I moved to France with my family; the end of 2003.
I love colour - all of my illustrations and paintings contain lots of vivid colours as well as beautiful earth tones and sunsets :-)
I am skilled in - watercolours, graphite sticks, pastels, acrylic paints, inks, charcoal, gouache, markers, watercolour pencils, coloured pencils, drawing pencils, and Crayon Rocks which I am mainly using at the moment because they are 100% non toxic and vibrant. The paper sizes I am skilled in are - A6, A5, A4 and 24x32cm.
I am also skilled in communication skills, listening skills, product testing skills, I can use a basic A4 scanner, basic photography, basic typing skills (which are not my favourite) and very good at dealing with clients interested in me illustrating their projects - I am always approachable, friendly and can take constructive criticisms.
You will see my style in every illustration I create - lines will be 'wobbly' this is my unique style I am forced into due to my joints, and so, each picture is unique. Life is not perfect, and my illustrations are not going to conform to rigid rules -
my illustrations are certainly not 'digitally, or aesthetically perfect enough for art critics'
I am not a digital artist.
I am always willing to experiment with other techniques, art products and paper sizes if required.
I do not use any online banking facilities i.e. Paypal or bidding sites, I can only accept wire transfers/international bank transfers.
My Illustrations and paintings are very suited to family friendly audiences and young children, though, I do have paintings and Illustrations that are also suitable for older readers too.
Ask me to draw anything, and my unique individual style will be seen within the completed illustration.
I Started product testing in around 2011/2012 but now I have a website dedicated to my tests - www.critiquesandtests.weebly.com
My Online Artwork

I am also here: spooks-art
Steadtler UK have a gallery and my artwork is there too.
I am also on Redbubble.com
I have a profile on Branded.me
I am an unknown prolific painter of everything – my favourite product to be creative with is - Crayon Rocks. I am not happy about oil paint, because it takes too long to dry, and the mediums can be dangerous.
